- Reconciling vendor statements and track vendor insurance
- Assist Accounts Payable department by sorting and distributing mail as well as assisting with processing vouchers and checks
- Track and process financial statements
- Monitor and manage accounting email
- Other clerical duties as needed
- AP/AR
- Invoicing
- Match receivers with invoices
- Compile, generate, and maintain reports
- Prepares and records vouchers in the General Ledger
- Assist in monthly and annual closings
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
